DYOJO Tip #1 (Free)
Get out there and take a quick walk on your breaks and/or lunch. We live in Oregon where the sun shine can be in short supply at times, take advantage of those UV rays and get your pale skin some a healthy dose of Vitamin D while also getting your heart rate up.
DYOJO Tip #2 (Also Free)
Is your office in a sketchy neighborhood? Ask a co-worker if they would like to walk with you for some mutual safety and exercise. Is walking boring or you would like to make some new friends? You can create camaraderie as well as some accountability in your health goals by reaching out to co-workers who may have the same reservations and/or goals.
DYOJO Tip #3 (Still Free)
Do something to get away from the computer screen, out of the office chair and get your blood pumping.
Set some reachable goals (more on goals and health HERE). Break up the monotony of the day. Make a new friend. Get off your butt and get moving.
