Budgeting - what is your process for preparing, presenting and achieving your budget goals? What have you learned to make you successful in acquiring necessary funding for listed as well as surprise items?
Discussed history of facilities at Pacific Continental. Some organizations are still working on the details of becoming an official dedicated person/department. Several organizations have recently transitioned to dedicated departments/personnel.

Who Are We? We are you. Local facilities mangers getting together regularly to work within our local networks to assist each other. Invite your fellows and peers in our community! We plan to meet monthly on the third Thursday of every month (mark your calendars).
